Payment
All goods are sent after 100% prepayment on the website, by bank transfer IBAN (settlement account), or cash on delivery by Nova Poshta (2% of the order amount + 20 UAH)
When paying from other countries, the funds on your card are automatically converted into hryvnia.
If you cannot pay for the order using the details provided to you (payment does not go through), contact us.
Shipping:
- only by Nova Poshta in Ukraine
- Ukrposhta in Ukraine and International parcels.
- electronic goods (descriptions) are sent to the post office specified in the order form after we confirm the payment.
The buyer pays for delivery in Ukraine upon receipt.
International delivery by prepayment. After the parcel is formed, we issue a separate invoice for payment of delivery to your country.
Parcels by Nova Poshta with dispatch on the same day: Monday - Friday (if the order is paid before 15:00).
Parcels by Ukrposhta (including international ones) are dispatched within 1-2 business days after the order is paid.
Return and exchange of goods is carried out by mail (according to the legislation of Ukraine) by agreement.
When making a purchase on our website, you must agree to these terms (the corresponding field is on the checkout page).
If you want to make a payment later or on different terms, discuss this by contacting us. Orders without payment or agreement of the parties may be canceled.
